Overview

We are looking for a friendly and organized office assistant to help assist us with general administrative tasks. This position will require a strong attention to detail with an emphasis on communication.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, File, and Manage Regulatory Documentation

  • Run Bi-Weekly Payroll for Staff

  • Address & Manage Customer Billing Inquiries

  • Assist with Recruiting Efforts

  • Order Supplies and Procure Materials for Office

  • Basic Bookkeeping & Reconciliation

Skills

  • Must have prior experience as an administrative assistant

  • Must have strong customer service skills

  • Must be fully computer literate

  • Must be able to type 40 wpm

  • Must have a good attitude and friendly demeanor

  • Experience with Quickbooks Online is Required
